This is our poster for VERSES. We feel we've accomplished a professional looking poster that encapsulates our film, which is about our protagonists struggle with his friends, family and his future. Although Simone and I are personally proud of our film poster, we need feedback to make sure it is attracting our target audience of both male and female aged 16-25.

Ideology
For our film, VERSES, there are ideologies used. Parents vs. Teens is significant as the younger audience can relate to the characters and the older audience can see the point of view of the parents of Declan Mulligan. Middle class vs. Lower class is also important as it shows how the popular group treat Adam McKenzie just because he is of a lower status. Head vs. Heart is the main ideology for VERSES as it shows the struggle of Declan, and real people who have to chose between what they've been told to do and what they really want to do. Declan must chose between his planned out life by his parents or his dream, which is poetry. VERSES focuses of this struggle.

Teaser Trailer - Genre
Our film VERSES would have the conventions that make up a teaser trailer. We will make sure the production companies who have helped fund our film are shown and we will use a voiceover from our protagonist to make the audience connect with him.
